LE’ REEF Website Terms & Policy

General:
These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to all genders.
The “LE’ REEF” brand store is a virtual shop offering products and gift sets for mothers and babies.

Terms of Use:
Anyone accessing the website—for information, purchases, browsing, or any other purpose—declares that they have read and agree to these terms.
The store sells to anyone over the age of 18 who holds a valid credit card and provides an ID number matching the cardholder.

You are requested to read these terms carefully and in full, as a condition for engagement between the parties. These terms apply to any use, browsing, or purchase made through the site and constitute a binding agreement between the customer and the store.

Any visitor and/or purchaser agrees to these terms and acknowledges the possibility of receiving emails from the site operators, in accordance with applicable email marketing laws requiring recipient consent.

Orders will be processed and shipped only after the following conditions are met:

  1. Credit card transaction approval.

  2. The ordered products are in stock.

  3. The delivery address is within the service area of the shipping company.

The company reserves the right to discontinue marketing or selling any product at any time and to deny purchasing rights at its discretion.

Customer Information, Privacy Policy & Data Security:
When registering or placing an order, the customer will be required to provide personal details, order details, and credit card information. Please ensure accuracy, as we are not responsible for incorrect details. Legal action may be taken against those providing false information.

We commit not to misuse customer data and to store it solely for operational purposes and to enable purchases. Personal data will not be shared or used for marketing without consent.

  1. The company respects your privacy and complies with Israeli privacy protection laws. Personal data will be used only as described in this policy or as required by law.

Returns Policy:
The website displays product images; we commit to supplying the described products. If unavailable, the customer will be notified.

If a product is defective, notify us within 48 hours. We will replace the item or provide a full refund.
Customers may return or exchange items within 14 days in accordance with consumer protection law.
Gift recipients may exchange items within 30 days.

Gift sets must be returned in full (no partial exchanges).

Returns process:

  • After approval, send the unused product in original packaging to:

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

  • Refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation fee

Warranty & Service:
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Valid only with proof of purchase from the company website.

We will replace or refund defective products.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

The company is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from product use, to the extent permitted by law. Responsibility for usage lies with the customer unless damage was caused solely by company negligence.

Delivery & Shipping:
If an item is missing, the customer will be notified.
Orders can be delivered or picked up.

Same-day delivery is available (for orders placed by 3:00 PM) to maternity hospitals (Ichilov, Wolfson, Sheba) and the Tel Aviv–Ramat Gan–Herzliya area.

Home delivery:

  • Orders placed by 12:00 PM are shipped the same day

  • Others ship the next business day

  • Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days (excluding remote areas)

Self-pickup:

  • 18 Devorah HaNeviah St., Tel Aviv

  • Coordinate via WhatsApp or email

The company is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or courier issues.
Shipping fees are not included in product prices.

Intellectual Property:
The website is the exclusive property of “Le’ Reef Baby.”
All content (design, graphics, logos) is protected and may not be copied or used without prior permission.
